Senior by Design
Quarks is led by a technology executive with more than fifteen years in C-level roles — CIO, CTO, and CISO — across European institutions and regulated industries. That means strategy informed by delivery: we have built and run Cloud, Security, Operations, and AI Centers of Excellence, led multi-year transformation and cloud-migration programmes, and made the architecture, digital-sovereignty, and risk decisions our clients are weighing today.
We are not a large consultancy with a graduate pyramid. We are a focused, senior team — selective about the work we take on, and accountable for the outcomes we agree to deliver. Multi-cloud, EU digital sovereignty, security-by-design, and regulatory depth (NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, NIST) are not slideware to us; they are where we have spent our careers.
